  • Monashee Spring Water is a premium bottled water company that provides pure, ultra high-quality natural spring water to our customers in Alberta and British Columbia.

  • We source our water from a pristine underground natural source located in the Valemount, BC region. Our water is known for its exceptional taste, water quality and purity and it never gets old to us when our happy customers tell us it is the best water they have ever tried.

  • Our water comes out of the ground pure and perfect, just as the earth made it. There is no reason to filter or alter it in anyway. That said, Monashee Spring Water undergoes many quality control processes and testing, and ozonation to ensure it meets the highest quality and safety standards.

  • We offer a range of bottle sizes, including 500ml, 4L, 11.4L and 18.9L-gallon jugs for

    home and office delivery in most areas we service.

  • We are committed to sustainability. Our 500ml and 4L bottles are 100% recyclable, and we actively promote recycling efforts. We also offer cost-effective, reusable and refillable, Polycarbonate (PC) and BPA-free (#1 PET) bottles in 11.4L and 18.9L formats and encourage customers to reduce single-use plastic consumption.

  • Our large volume water bottles (11.4L and 18.9L) offer convenience and cost-effectiveness for those who require larger quantities of water. They are designed to minimize the need for frequent refills, making them ideal for high-demand situations such as offices, gyms, restaurants, and homes. Usually these are dispensed with a water cooler.

  • - Currently we provide service either through our own staff or our authorised

    distributors in the following communities. Our delivery options may vary depending on

    your location, so please check with our customer support team for additional details.

  • Absolutely! We offer convenient home and office delivery options in many of these areas; we are in most areas every two weeks in the cites we have service. You can place an order by visiting the Shop Page or contact our customer support team at 403-252-6021 or orders@monasheewater.ca to set up recurring deliveries or one-time orders.

  • Absolutely! We offer subscription and recurring delivery options for your convenience. You can set up a delivery schedule that suits your needs, whether its bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks, to ensure a care-free, consistent supply of water.

  • Contact our customer support team at any time for assistance with any changes or requests for with your account.

  • Yes, we accept returns of our empty bottles. We have a bottle exchange program in place to help reduce waste and promote sustainability. When you place your first order with us you will be charges a bottle deposit for each bottle ordered, these bottles will then be exchanged each time we deliver for full bottles. Contact our customer support team for information on how to return your empty bottles in other ways.

  • Yes, we conduct rigorous testing to ensure that our water meets or exceeds all relevant quality and safety standards, including regular testing for contaminants.
